Shipping
We are now shipping to Canada and USA. For USA deliveries shipping charges are added to your Credit Card at the time of shipping.
Please be aware that some items cannot be shipped to USA (such as BUMBO seat). Certain items are way to large and shipping
will be simply too high. We will inform you if shipping charges are too high and will make best efforts to sugest alternatives.
Shipping in Canada
Your order will be shipped with Canada Post and shipping rates include insurance up to your pre-tax total.
You should receive your order within 7 business days.
Canada Post will attempt a delivery and if you're not home, they will leave a card instructing you to pick
up your package at the post office indicated on the card. If your package is returned to us, we are not
responsible for any costs to re-send the package.
Full charge against your credit card will take place once the items are sent. Please allow us 24 hours for shipping.

that you want to pick up your item from our place.
SHIPPING cost is applied to your actual cart value and before the DISCOUNT is applied!!! DISCOUNT will not decrease the SHIPPING cost.
Shipping to USA
Your order will be shipped with Canada Post or another appropriate courier company, depending on the weight.
If we feel that the shipping may take longer then usual, we will e-mail you with the expected arrival date of your order and any other pertinent details.
Full charge against your credit card will take place once your order is sent. Please allow us
24 hours for shipping.
For City of Toronto and City of Mississauga residents we have an option of free delivery for purchases $35.00 and over before taxes.
For Canada-wide deliveries free delivery option is available
for purchases over $150.00 before tax.

Refund and exchange
We are trying to keep things simple. At My Aunt Elephant we have 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Items may be returned within 15 days for full refund or exchange less shipping costs,
if you are not satisfied with the product. Additional shipping costs may be applied, though.
Sale items are not subject to refunds or exchanges.
Returned items have to be in reselable condition not exposed to cigarette smoke.
Items in less then perfect condition will be returned to the customers at their expense.
Please keep this in mind as we are trying to keep our promise.
